The very best conference planning! I was able to witness firsthand Sarah's attention to detail. Sarah began planning early in the year with us and was available throughout this time at regular intervals, and then almost around the clock [the week] leading up to and during the event. We appreciated all of her diligence and hard work: from handling the AV and acting as a liaison between our organization and the hotel venue to her sensitivity to our community's complex accessibility needs, and so much in between. This was our first time holding a hybrid event, connecting about 200 in-person and 100 remote attendees, and the overall consensus from the community was incredibly positive.
